We want you to be happy with your Outside Walla Walla merchandise. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy applies to physical merchandise purchased through our online shop. It does not apply to memberships or digital purchases.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition you received it;
- in its original packaging, with any tags still attached;
- accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
The following items cannot be returned:
- gift cards;
- sale or clearance items (final sale);
- items marked as non-returnable at checkout.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange eligible items, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
Return Shipping
For standard returns and exchanges, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your item without one.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@outsidewallawalla.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the shipping address.
